It is very colourful indeed -having seen one built-up some time ago (the wartime version) it's a big one, too! :)

The DH 9A is an aeroplane which has always fascinated me. My only regret is that one was not available in the True Scale during my earlier modelling incarnation. Seeing yours just makes me wish to have another one. All of those exterior parts, the super colour scheme, wire wheels, engine and cockpit details - all so very well represented on your model. What is there not to like? Just brilliant!

Stephen.

The NINAK is one of my all time favorites and you did a magnificent job on this post war example.  Colorful, well executed.  As I followed your build log I took some notes on how you did the double rigging, nicely done Prez!

Cheers

Thank you, Stephen, Marc and Ed.

Jeroen, putting aside the two-engined WNW models, Ninak is smaller only than Fee. A big beast, indeed. And clearly bigger than DH.9, too.

Seeing you turned loose in the big scale is spooky....

Sometimes I feel sorry for this fact, too. But it was two factors - my eyesight and the level of detail one can easier add to the big ones. And now I am paying for it - my cabinet space is running out, I will have to get rid of some old WW2 subjects soon...

Just looking through those pictures leaves me in awe, Przemo! This is a really big subject but just looks so impressive! The fine detail and colourful scheme make it very special! Regards, Marc.
