RichieW:
Here are some pictures I took at Old Warden Aerodrome. Some are taken on a mobile phone which has processed the images quite heavily but on the plus side one of the stewards used it to take pictures of the interior and the tail plane. I have tried to take pictures of the kind of details that might be of interest to modellers, I hope these are useful or interesting.

I have quite a few more, large files on my Flickr account where I have made an album of this aircraft, please feel free to download anything you need to for reference material.

Bughunter:
Great pictures with many beautiful details - that means I have to do a lot of work to create them all one day on my Bristol model! ;D ;D
Thank you Richie!

Cheers,
Frank

RichieW:
My pleasure Frank, the rigging is quite complex but at least there are no RAF aerodynamic flying wires to worry about in this pre war bird.

lcarroll:
Lots of really great reference material here Richie, great work and thank you for sharing it. Beautiful subject!

My pleasure Lance, I will be visiting this collection every week for a couple of months. Google the Shuttleworth collection and let me know any picture wants and I will gladly oblige. Original Avro 504 anyone? They have the one used in the film Reach for the Sky, it is in airworthy condition still!
