Wow Lance, what a little beauty! Clean build and great glossy painting.
Those late biplanes are very nice :)

And we want to see now the hangar with airship!

Amazing results Lance. There are many Williams Bros kits on the Shelves of Doom. Yours went straight from the box to beautifully finished!!

Thanks for the comments Frank, much appreciated. Yes, Steve, there's no doubt in my mind that the products from the famous Williams Brothers garage of the 60's and 70's flew full circle to garage sales years later with the rest on the infamous shelves of doom of many builders! Their Kits are not impossible however they do make your head ache! ;)
Cheers,
Lance

I am not in the least surprised that the members voted that the best model - it oozes quality in every way. As I would expect from a master builder!

I too have a soft spot for those yellow wings aircraft and the contemporary RAF machines in their squadron markings. That is a very fine model indeed - a mini masterpiece.

Stephen.

Stephen,
Thanks for your very kind comments. The "between the wars" subjects are very attractive and not just the "Yellow Wings". I would dearly love to try a Silver Wings Demon or Hart, and even their Bulldog or Siskin would be a wonderful subject, they are all such beautiful aircraft. If I could just find one or two at a cost less then a mortgage on my home!! ;) ::)
Cheers,
Lance

Beautiful model of the Sparrow Hawk.  Those yellow wing interwar fighters are truly great.

Thanks for looking and for your comments. I've noticed how many of our WW.I crowd are attracted to this period's aircraft; such beautiful machines, great colors, and of course Hollywood helped preserve these glamour years of aviation. I hope to do more, makes for a nice break from PC-10!
Cheers,
Lance

Thank you Brad, it was a bit of a challenge but like most of the "oldies" it can produce a pretty fine result.
Cheers,
Lance
