Albatros W.4// Eduard// 1:48 and the story goes...
« on: December 04, 2019, 01:18:22 AM »
Good Day,

I was watching Frank progress not being in the position to proceed with mine, but finally the assembly is done with some regret that was little late with altering some steps of construction.
But still it was great fun to work with Eduard’s Albatros kit

regards
K

Two models of the same aircraft in a few days, and both are supreme examples of the modeller's craft. This is a model which I would be very proud to have made - it shouts quality in every photo and aspect. The wood tone of the fuselage is very convincing, and the rigging is just outstanding.

Oh yes, a mini group build is finished!
Another interpretation, but I like this too! K, you made a good job on this (great) kit.

Cheers,
Frank

Also really beautiful!

I'll stay away from my W.4 until you all forget about these two beauties...but that will never happen.  ;D

Wonderful work. Great wood tones and superb decaling. Just great....as allways when you put you hands on a kit.

Another excellent rendition of the W4.
The paint chipping on the fuse is a nice touch.

Very nicely done K, a really eye catching model of one of the less common types. Great finish!

Hi!
I think you deserve many compliments as the one built by Frank, why not?
A little gem, be proud of you!
