Hi Edgar!
If you worked with Luigino Caliaro he is one of our best historian in WWI field, really better than me, he have a collection of photos second to none about our aviation in WWI.
Really unlucky that you don't share impressions about white central sections. If you write an email to [email protected] I may answer on everything you need.
Now we must to set free Jorgo wip!  ;D ;D ;D
Cheers,
Roberto

Hi, friends

preparing the wings with preshading, dark aluminium applied with a spatter cap on my airbrush. I am curious how it will look in the end

oversprayed with aluminium/white 2:1, I think it would be better using a mixture 1:1

the PE seatbelts are easy to handle and full of details

control cables added

frame, seat and rear wall ready for assembling

Cheers,
Jörg

Looks really good, I liked that you did the seat belts correctly, hanging on the sides of the chair, as it was a rather thick leather it was stiffer and not a fabric just lying on the chair (like RFC harness)

Thank you, Oleg! I have seen your superb Nieuport, she is an excellent guide for me.

Some instruments and the headrest are still missing. (Edgar, the seem in the hub is filled now  ;))

Cheers,
Jörg

Terrific in every way. The differences in colours between the different materials, wood, metal, fabric, leather is just awesome.

And please remember that engine cowling should be shiny aluminium with a shiny steel strap on the base of it to secure it on the firewall
so there should be some difference between the cowling and the fuselage.
Also just saying the chins (side panels for the fuselage) should differ in colour as well to be a bit shinier than the rest of the fabric as this chins we made from plywood stripes and on top of it a layer of fabric, that is why you have another surface quality there)
for sure model would look much better in this case)
