Does anyone have a contemporary WW1 vintage picture or two of the cockpit and instruments of the Phonix DI, DII, or DIII ?
I do have the on-line reference photos of the surviving Swedish Phonix DIII, but as anyone familiar with those pics knows, instruments are missing and other details are incomplete -
Was hoping someone might have access to a more complete contemporary picture ??
Current project is a triple 1/48 scale build of the Sierra Scale vac, Special Hobby and Blue Max kits.
Is there such a thing as an reasonable rendition of the Heiro engine in 1/48 ? I have several Austro-Hungarian projects crying out for something that actually looks like an engine, and not a shapeless blob of plastic ... Time to pattern up a 3-D print perhaps
Does anyone on this site know if apauling who posts on Hyperscale ever finished his 1/32 Phonix ?
