Took some time to build up the engine. Had a time trying to get the carb pipes to align with their ports on the cylinder heads, a lot of bending and massaging to get them to fit.
After this a brush applied primer sealed the joints.

Once this was dry I took a square file to refine the joint, still need about 15-20 mins of attention then ready for paint.

Iv'e got more of the internals painted up including the seat mount, seat, and fuel tank so will prob attack those next.
