Thanks everyone for the warm encouragement, I will press on.

Speaking of that I neglected to shed light on a couple of things I had to do the the frame. The first one is the extra plastic brace I glued in to help the frame not be as wobbly.
More important than that was the notch I created ion the tab that locates the IP Panel. If you don't remove some of this tab you will never get the panel in later. This assumes you make the crazy decision to glue everything up as I have!
