Congratulations! Truly excellent. Your rigging is very fine as is the propeller but the total overall result is brilliant in all ways.

I am not far behind you on my mid DFW - just finishing the rigging (didn't go for as much detail in this as you did) and then it's done! It is great to have two versions in this group build but at this late stage I'll concede to your superior skills across the whole build.

Cheers
Alistair

An excellent build, well done! How did you paint the propeller, it looks great!

Cheers,

thanks for your comments, I think you overestimate my skills ...

Brad - recipe for painting the propeller: first layer Tamiya's acrylics like XF 55 (or XF60 or XF59 or XF78) and for darker pattern I use Faber Castell's PITT markers from the Sepia set - mostly size M and B. When the pattern will dry a little - I slightly rub with a dry and soft brush; of course - a layer of varnish and decal. Done.

It’s great seeing some of the more unusual markings on a less popular WNW- you’ve done a beautiful job. Nice subdued tones. Great work. Cheers Matt

Another great finish!  This has been a great GB with folks really pulling out all the stops.  Very impressive indeed!
