The Hornethopter, Industria Mechanika 1/35
« on: February 11, 2017, 12:17:51 AM »
Lately I have lost my modelling Mojo, but still I got this finished more or less. There is no base and I am not sure there will be one vene thou the model itself deserves a base!
This is the 1/35 resin kit called the Hornethopter by Industria Mechanika built OOB just for fun. The molding itself is fine, there are some moldlines to be cleared, but otherwise no isses. The fit is good, the only downfall is the one clearpart, but it was fixed by dipping in really hot water and bending it a bit.
I have used Gunze's (Mr. Colour) metalizers actually brushpainter everything as I just wanted to try it out. Afetrthat I polished them vigorously untill the brushstrokes were no longer visible.
Any comments or questions are most welcome!
Best regards,
Sasho

Too cool Sasho, beautifully rendered (I hope Industria Mechanika releases one with a rear gunner).   :D

Very cool, Sasho!  Wish I had the guts to tackle something like this.
