Incredible model, Old Man!! Thank you for sharing the history! It's a very interesting read.

George

Thank you, Sir.

There is something about these old pusher types I am very fond of. I wish there were nore kits made of them. Types like the Maurice Farman MF-11 were prominent enough in their time to deserve it.

A wonderful model (as usual) and a very interesting history of the S W Africa campaign and other theatres in which this machine was deployed. Hitherto I knew nothing of these machines - another interesting little known type. Thanks for all.

Thank you, Sir. I am glad you like it.

I had no idea quite how widely these actually were used when I took out to build this. The thing is generally dismissed as a sort of footnote to the HF-20 (which it definitely was not), and seldom gets more than a paragraph anywhere....

Absolutely wonderful model, particularly the rigging, OM!  I also enjoyed the
history included...very, very interesting.  Thanks for both, my friend!

Cheers,
Ernie :)

Thank you very much, Sir.

Compared to getting that motor settled, the rigging was a Sunday in the park....

Amazing work and a very unique subject. Thanks for taking the time to post not only the pictures of your work, but the photos and history of the subject as you've laid out. Well done indeed!
Cheers,
Gary

Incredibly wonderful build, and a great history lesson to boot sir.

Warren

Thank you very much, Sir.

I confess the build started to seem like work a bit in the middle....

I've only now had a chance to read through the story you've presented, OM. As you say, a ripping yarn, and a great history lesson. Thanks very much for presenting it here for us. Your model is magnificent.

Looking forward to whatever comes next from your bench & study.

Again, guys, thank you for the kind words.

There were times this one verged on work, but it is a model I am very glad to have. I had no idea how intricate events in the G.S.W.A. campaign were when I started on this, nor just how widespread the service this little-known type saw was.
