Best book on Frank Luke?

Hi y'all!
As I'm about to built his Spad XIII, I'd like to read a bit more about the fellow. I've seen 3 books on the subject and was wondering if you had read anything about those:
- The Stand
- Above and Beyond
- Terror of the autumn skies
Ciao

I have The Stand. Fantastic book with lots of details and color plates of Luke's SPADS.

I shall never forget my admiration for that German pilot, who single handed, fought seven of us for ten minutes. I saw him go into a fairly steep dive and so I continued to watch, and then saw the triplane hit the ground and disappear into a thousand fragments...James McCudden
