The figure is absolutely tiny in 1/32.

It took a few tries, but I was able to get the thing bent to an appropriate size, then just gave it some "body" with a few dabs of Mr. Surfacer.

Further to my original post Gary, how about filling us in on how you built your Snipe. Paint, rigging material, rib shading technique, etc. I'm always looking to improve!
