You may have experienced some lack of clarity with the instructions but your bike is looking AWESOME! Very nice work!

Your bike is looking great, Sasho! But I agree with you about the instructions. I've looked through them along with the kit parts and it is a bit unclear what the actual part is on the resin block and exactly how it fits together with the other parts. I would make the same mistakes you have made and cut off bits of resin thinking they are flash or extra resin. I thought it was just me and my lack of understanding of motorcycles. That's why I was very interested in your build log. I thought you might solve some of these issues before I attempted to build my kit. :D

If possible, it would really help if Richard could post a photographic step by step build log either here on this forum or on the Aviattic site. Richard, is it possible to get a bit more clarity here? It's a really wonderful kit and I would hate to mess it up. :o

Thanks,
George

I understand, Richard. I'll do my best to not break parts, but I appreciate your policy of replacing broken parts if possible. I guess we can ask questions as we're building and post photos of the parts we're confused about for clarification before we make mistakes. The collective knowledge of the members on our forum should aid in building a very nice and accurate model.

Dear Richard,

I completely understand how it is and I really LIKE this little kit.
My personal opinion is that replacement of any small broken part due to modeller's mistake is not required. All those can be easily replaced by few bits of wire and anyone capable of minimal scratch building should be able to replace them.
Maybe think of one additional image, posted on the website and showing which parts of the engine goes in that or that hole in that or that order would be enough. It is a common mistake to create something completely clear to yourself and everyone else involved in the project, but kind of vague to "outsiders".
As i said the bike is completely buildable fir a newbie to resin like me and I really enjoy it!
Keep up the good work Aviattic :)

Best regards,
Sasho
