So many nice comments, I think I'm starting to blush... I tried the AKAN paints for the first time on this one, and it was positive suprise. The final layer is Vallejo Satin Varnish, it gives enough shine for the surface. I can't really take too much honour from this one, the kit is absolutely brilliant which makes it easy to build if you give enough time for it.
Bob, the rigging was something that haunted me weeks before I was about to start that thing. It took several nights and unlimited count of curse words (in finland we have some good ones), but in the end I was starting to get the idea. I used RB-turnbuckles for the control wires. I've been looking at your site, and for future builds I may have to do some acquisitions from your shop...
