Don't know what I can add that hasn't already been said and deservedly so.

It is an absolutely beautiful model, Des. Your level of craftsmanship is comparable to that of a fine watcher maker or to the superb craftsmen who created Fabergé eggs.

And that you did this with a nagging back!

Absolute bravo!!!

Cheers from NYC,
Michael

I`m speachless!
Scratchbuilt models are always fascinating, but your Curtiss is so impressive filigree and has a lot of character!
It is a pleasure to behold this piece of art!
Thx for sharing and the inspiration.

I must say this, Des, your scratch built models are the real ornament to this fine modelling forum. Thank you for being around!
And this one is yet one more spectacular feat. Absolutely marvelous.

I have thoroughly enjoyed reading your progress on this excellent model. Your build logs make me believe I could do something like that too. If and when I do, this Curtiss will be the one I might attempt. Lovely model.

A very ambitious subject to tackle Des, but once again you have created another masterpiece!

What will you be building next?

Best wishes from the land of sand.

Dave :)

absolute gem.  Every time I look at the pictures, I see something
new that just astounds me.  Beautifully done, my friend!
