Dylan the Dog
« on: January 24, 2014, 10:01:06 PM »
Hi all,
A tile to remember the life of Dylan the dog.
I made this for a lady who walks her dogs each day through my place of work.
She has no idea I'm going to hand it over to her today. I hope she likes it!

Cheers,
Bob

Von Bucklemeister, you have a good heart. :)  She will be touched by your
kindness.  Very nice, my friend.

Cheers,
Ernie :)

Very nice Bob.  She will treasure it, I'm sure.  I feel this deeply now, as I have a 13 year-old furry friend who will likely only last a few more days at this point.  A sad time in some ways, but I treasure the time we have shared.  The last two years have been a bonus I didn't expect when we adopted him at nine years of age.

You will make her day, no doubt.

Regards,

Bob

Bob, I know she'll be deeply moved by your thoughtfulness.  Like Bob, I have an old dog who surprises us each day by missing her departure.  Great job, my friend.
Cheers,
Bud

Very touching Bob, I like people who love animals. I had 10 cats, and only one of them is left now. Hate to see it growing old.  They are all cremated and the urns with ashes stand next to my bench.

Kind regards
Patrick

von Buckle, you are indeed a very sensitive and caring man. Like many who have commented here I am a "Dog Person" and having nearly lost my companion this week (emergency surgery for "twisted stomach" or Bloat) I have had reason to pause and reflect on the quality our Canine (and other species) companions add to our lives. She'll be deeply touched and appreciative of your gesture.
Cheers,
Lance

I thought that doing a good deed would return good karma, but all I have now is a stinking cold!  :'(

Cheers lads.

Your thought on good karma was correct; "you will be rewarded in heaven!" You are merely "paying it forward".
