I averaged the completed sale prices on eBay for the past 2-3 months, got an average, and then backed it off a bit. Sorry if the prices seem high, but this what they're going for now.

Payment in PayPal only, buyer pays shipping and insurance. There is no way I'm going to ship these without insurance.
As per the rules of the website, this sale is open to all members, no matter the location. However, postage from the U.S. to overseas destinations has gotten insane. A few weeks back, I traded a WNW Fokker D.VII to another member and my only two options for shipping were 1st class at $49.00+ and no insurance available, and USPS Priority Mail International w/ insurance fro $51.00.* Needless to say, I chose the latter. A 16oz./1 lb./half-kilo parcel to another member cost me $16.00. It's crazy.
SO, if you're outside the U.S., please keep this in mind. I don't get to set these prices, blame the USPS.
