Fokker E.II, Eduard weekend edition, 1:48
« on: July 06, 2015, 03:56:16 AM »
Hello,

Fokker E.II the weekend edition, gives a possibility to make only  68/15, whose pilot was Lt Bruckmann .
My intention was to make OOB, but farther I went more additional contribution was required.
First: the engine was enhanced little bit with Taurusmodels sparks, then the early Spandau needed to be replaced with PE one and at the end markings on the Gemania prop were altered, just to be more similar to the real one. That task was not accomplished in 100% ;)

regards
K

A spectacular build K, the paint job and weathering is magnificent, you did a superb job on the rigging and the prop as well.

Superb Eindecker, K! I particularly like the turned metal cowling effect,
the wonderfully convincing weathering and of course the rigging.  Beautiful
job, my friend. :D

Cheers,
Ernie :)
