Hi Mark,

As the others I am glad it was transfered to the Completed models. Well done, it deserves to be here!

Kind regards
Patrick

Well done and the diorama presentation is top notch! I love this scheme - if I ever get around to building this kit it is a scheme I would like to attempt

Thanks, gentlemen, for your kind remarks, it's truly encouraging.
Warren - double rigging in 1/72? Hmm, I'll be facing that with some Camels in due course. Interesting challenge. I have some very thin monofilament, but the main question seems to me how to give the wires meaningful separation without looking too far apart. As for the wire I used on this build, I fear it may look too out of scale for 1/72. I'll have to test that out. You've got me thinking.

Thanks for the comments about presentation. I like to make some kind of vignette. Though I think I need to vary it a bit in the future, from my usual grassy sward. I like the puddles and tracks etc. I've seen on some bases recently... The cat was courtesy of Mantis miniatures (he does a wide variety of creatures in 1/35), the officer from Model Design Construction. With a shave.

Thanks Petrov, I would recommend looking up the SPA48 schemes, they all feature variations on that splendid cockerel, and some of the other pilots had nice personal insignia, eg. Armand de Turenne.

Cheers
Mark
