Pfalz DIIIa Berthold
« on: March 04, 2014, 11:20:42 PM »
Hello all,
This is my latest off the workbench.
Mostly build out of the box aside from Bob's Buckles eyelets and cut tube, Doug Craner's masterful  prop and the manifold wrap.
Not much more you can say about WNW's kits other than Superb!

Base is a Bob Von Buckles mask special - It's got wings!

Hope you like.
Cheers,
Garry

Well, yet one more Pfalz D.III tonight! And in that appealing Jasta 18 livery! Fine modelling all around. Thanks for sharing.

I have seen some first class models on this site - this is another. Very well presented with a superb base - wish I could think of something like that. Thanks for showing us - if you have more post those too please.

Another superb Pfalz build displayed on the forum. You have done a super job building and painting this one Garry, the scheme you used is very stunning and the base really compliments the whole display. Congratulations on an extremely well build model.

Very nice! This Berthold`s marking is striking! I like it very much! Have you carved the prop?

Hello Garry:

Very nicely done.  I am doing one in that scheme as I type, but have not gotten to the painting side yet.  I am glad you posted this as I like what you have done and it is nice to see it completed.  Outstanding work all around.  The base is really neat.  Gotta love that BVB!

Best
