Hi friends
here some pics from EME Gold Edition 2025 organized by Berthold Tacke. The EME is probably the largest event regarding modelling in Germany.
It was great fun with many excellently built models and discussions with like-minded people and friends.
The greatest pleasure for me was meeting Edgar from CSM again. Edgar was as always helpful, funny and very knowledgeable about modelling.
At his stand the new models were presented and my two built Nieuport 11 early and late.

And then I had the opportunity to meet Christian Smekens from Gothaforce. He is a very nice and humorous person who knows his stuff.
I was able to take a look at his new Fokker D VII OAW. Delivery should be in a few weeks.
I was extremely impressed by the model, which in my opinion is something unrivalled to date.

Hi Joerg,

Thx for the kind words. It was nice to get acquainted and talk about WWI aviation.
Great pictures of the show. I was impressed by EME Lingen, none the least by the organizer Berthold.
He was celebrated during the ceremony and it's no surprise that the applause for him lasted very long.
Next year we will be present BIG time.

Some great photos there Joerg, it looks like a great event. Malaula's models are absolutely amazing, and he must have a very impressive transport arrangements to enable him to get such large and delicate models to a show in one piece!

 Thank you Nigel !VW Caddy Maxi,thats it ! The large dios are disassemled into modules ,all aircraft and fragile stuff like the cranes are packed in plastic boxes.
still quite a challenge to bring them to a show and back home safely.But the happy faces of the visitors are worth the effort !

Nice pics Joerg!  Malaula's dioramas are incredible in breadth and execution. Have a Gothaforce D.VII OAW on pre-order, and from the e-mail updates we get, it looks pretty amazing.
