I can underline that, I received my package in less than a week. Shipping was from Belgium in my case to Germany. Therefore no extra taxes. And as already mentioned, superbly packaged.

Shipping is basically quite fast (to Germany in my case), packaging - whether decals or items - excellent and stable.

Hey guys,

Thank you for the compliments. We are just doing our best.
Let us share some things.

For our modellers inside the EU, we have good solutions both in terms of speed and cost. So that's ok.
For our modellers outside the EU, we are still looking for the best solution in terms of speed/cost.
For the moment we are shipping with PostNL, it's ok and in some others less ok because that depends on how all these post offices collaborate with each other. Let's take the USA for example, in some cases it was delivered in 1 week, in others it took 3 weeks.
We would love to have a more stable, reliable solution where we would like it to be UPS for many reasons ... but they are just a nightmare to get in touch with and come to arrangements.

One last point ... and that is just that compared to last year ... you know that 4 month market test experiment using aviattic.com ... life was pretty simple because shipping aftermarket products have a similar fysionomy from a shipping perspective ... as opposed to shipping scale model kits. For the simple reason that most aftermarket products fit in "letter size" boxes which are cheaper to ship than scale model kits which only fit in "normal" boxes.

We use one of the best e-commerce platforms on the planet ... but for some strange reason it sucks in making a distinction between "letterbox size" products and "normal" products ... which means that we have to average it out ... and in some cases this might feel like you are being overcharged for some orders.

For non EU customers ... especially overseas ... if you are composing a order basket ... with only aftermarket products ... that would fit in a cheaper "letterbox" shipping solution ... feel free to send us an email and we will provide you with a discount code that adjusts the shipping to letterbox size type of costs ... now it might be more cumbersome to complete an order as in sending us an email first as opposed to just completing your ordering flow in one-go ... but then you have the choice.
The bottom line is ... we are not here to make money on shipping.
