Cool, I figured that was one of Matt Bittner's projects, he and Dave Calhoun being the WWI List Nieuport guys.
Dave, who I just ran into a week or so ago at an IPMS show out towards Boston, had an article published on a Russian Nieuport build in the last issue of my favorite modeling magazine, the Great War SIG's Cher Ami.
