Avalon 1/72 SPAD VII decals

 I saw a pending release of 1/72 Avalon British SPAD VII decals.  I do not know when.  Is there a pending release of a new SPAD VII?  Find it strange to release decals without a kit. MAC and Pegasus are old and not readily available.  Any thoughts?

The MAC SPAD VII is readily available at Hannants and other shops and Freightdog Models still have the Pegasus SPADs in stock.
Grand Models of Greece are planning to re-release the Pegasus SPAD with new decals.
