I hear what you are saying about Robert's Elan 13 figures. Some like the Udet figure I also don't like. This particular set I think he did really well! The facial features look pretty close to MvR and the rest is perfect, IMHO. Thanks for the Kind comment!

Very nice -as I wrote before, I really should try figure painting... a well done figure can look great on a little base like this, or added to a model.
I have the Collishaw Tripane and recently orderded some Copper State figures, and really should start one...

And I still like the leather sheen as before

Thanks for the compliment. I have been doing figures for years. I will never be a Master but I do like trying! I suggest you just start painting and enjoy the process. I tend to work on mine when I am not otivated to work on an aircraft

So, I am getting closer to finishing Werner Voss. The face is the first I ever painted using acrylics. Comments welcomed! All that is left are boots and Helmet.

Thanks Kevin. I started Werner with Oils but am finishing him with Acrylics.
