Title: SMW, Telford! Who's going?

Well, my friends, it's only 3 weeks away!  I'm excited!  This will be my second trip to England and my second SMW.  As before, I'm hoping to meet as many of my modeling friends as possible, so who's going?
I'll be there Friday-Sunday, mostly rotating between the CSM display and the Great War SIG table.  Hope to see you there.

I'll pretty much be camping out at the CSM booth, and will certainly be keeping an eye on the WNW display.

Looks like I will be able to go this year😁 only the Sunday though, got a family get together on Saturday, which will be fun.

Hi Bud,

I’ll be there both days. I’m putting a few into the competitions this year just for fun. Should be a WNW Dolphin/ Brisfit/ Junkers plus a Spitfire and a Cromwell tank!

I envy you all the opportunity to attend SMW, I'll join the crowd requesting lots of photos!of both the Event and entries and also the meetings of our members that result. Please don't enjoy the experience, drink any of that horrible Brit Ale, or spend any money at the Vendor outlets, but if you do let us less fortunates know the details! :( :'(
    Some day I hope to get my act together and be able to stroke this off my "Bucket List"!

On behalf of all of the forum members who can't make it to Telford this year I'm really REALLY hoping those of you fortunate enough to bask in this model paradise share the love with the rest of us here.

Lots of posts please. LOTS of photos and especially photos of any new WW1 kits announced or previewed at Telford.

Wingnuts will be there as will Copper State Models so I know there'll be a lot of WW1 modelling gems on show.

I hope everyone has a wonderful time and spend a fortune to keep the hobby manufacturers in business producing items for all of us!
