Just completed my 2nd WNW Albatros D.V. Finished in the markings of Adolf Schreder of Jasta 17 in March 1918.
Aftermarket used; Aviattic Albatros lozenge with pink rib tapes, Uschi Knotless wood grain decals, WNW D.V Wooden Wonders decals, Taurus engine valve train & spark plugs, Flugzeugwerke fuel tank & engine interrupter gear train, HGW Albatros radiator & seat belt buckles.
Added; seat belts from lead foil, engine & cockpit piping from wire, rudder bar foot stirrups from wire, cockpit fuel selector panel levers from brass photo etch pieces, rigging from transparent thread colored with a silver Sharpie and micro brass tubing to simulate turnbuckles.
Base paint undercoat & tail are enamels, metal items were Alclad & Metalizer, the 'Grey - Green' was Tamiya acrylic. Weathering was done using oils & pastels.
Hope you like & thanks for looking.
All comments, suggestions, etc. welcome.

Using Chrome, am unable to see the images - each one is merely a black box that says, "The image you are requesting does not exist or is no longer available - imgur.com".
Am I the only one?

EDIT: Evidently Juan can see all the images, so I have Chrome problems.
Edit Two: I can now see images in Post 1, but not in post 2.

Wow Larry, looks fantastic. Congratulations on completing this beauty.

That's an absolutely stunning model Larry! The paint and decal work, detailing, and the weathering are all done exceptionally well and it's scheme really jumps out at you. I'd love to see some cockpit shots but like Gene can't see the images in post #2. I use Firefox as my search base and was in my own Imgur account about half an hour ago and it was working normally??
That aside, a spectacular Model, congratulations on the truly first class results.
Cheers,
Lance

Hopefully fixed the images now.

She's truly magnificent, Larry! World class modeling of the first order! I'd be delighted if mine turned out half as fine.

Bud

Larry,
I'm able to see the "in progress" shots now and have to comment again .......... WOW, you nailed that interior! From what I can see of it the Fuel Control Panel on the starboard side is outstanding work and the cockpit in general is in the same category. Beautiful work throughout, I hope you publish more of your work here.
Cheers,
Lance

Great details and overall finish. Surely, using of all those aftermarket goodies added a lot to the final result. Congratulations!

Agree with all above comments, she's beautiful. I love plywood finishing, very realistic.
