Hello everybody!
I am planning on building the Wingnut Wings Early Fokker D.VII as Bruno Loerzer's mount (option E). The instructions show lozenge wheel coverings with a green axle wing but I read over at the aerodrome forums that the fuselage was likely covered in Fokker's streaky pattern with the corresponding circularly streaked wheel covers. I know that, like many WWI subjects, the truth may never be known but I was wondering if anyone might have information on which source is correct or if there is another/better picture of this plane than the one provided in the excellent Wingnut instructions.
thanks for any help!

Thanks for the quick reply!
I was thinking that as well but I thought I would put the question out there since I am far from an expert on these things!

I agree completely with the comments made above. Lozenge fabric fuselage and wheel covers. I would have to double check the Windsock Fokker DVII anthology but I would think off hand 4 color.
