Title: Fokker D.VII//Roden//1:48// Polish Wings no.502/18 with Aviattic decals

Good Day,

The tribute to  Stefan Bastyr, gunner, observer, fighter pilot,  the commander of Lewandówka Aerodrome and Air Group Lviv. One of  two „crazy Stefans”  (Stefan Stec & Stefan Bastyr) the founders of Polish aviation.
KIA on 6 Aug 1920 allegedly due to some kind of fainting during the flight. He was known to have some heart problems.
This built was fast as h..to fit the contest on PL forum ref  100th anniversary of independence of Poland

    Beautiful work K. and a fine tribute to a Hero. The colors are very impressive but nothing is lost in your black and white photos which are a nice touch. A model to be proud of!  8) 8) 8)

Outstanding DVII K! I believe this is one of the best builds of the Roden DVII I have seen. I enjoyed your build and watching your processes of adding detail and painting/weathering. Your photography is excellent and I really like the Black and White versions!

I agree completely with my Amigo on this, K!  This is one of the prettiest Fokker D.VII's I've ever seen!
