Title: Advice needed 1/72 Roden Camel Struts
Post by: Softscience on April 29, 2018, 12:34:49 PM
Hi gang.

I'm well along the way on a 1/72 Roden Camel, and am getting ready to begin mounting the struts and top wing. I read the online IPMS review of the kit, and the guy there said he attached the cabanes and the rest just fell together problem free.

On the other hand, I've read the build logs of others, who claim that some struts are too long, while others are too short.

My question then is twofold

1) should I install the cabane struts first, and keep them the length they are?

2) how do I establish the correct angles for the cabane struts?

3) is there an entirely different way to do this?
