Hey Bo.
Can you give a brief description on how to make replacement struts using your strut tool?
Thanks,
Chuck.

It was designed specifically to make 1.6mm x 1.0mm airfoil-shaped struts for 1/32 Fokker D.VII. Start with a section of 1.4mm tubing, position in the "trench". Squeeze in a vice.
Beyond that, at this point what you do with the smashed tube is an exercise left up to the modeler :) My general advice is to use the kit parts to guide in making an assembly jig.

Sounds pretty straight forward.
Thanks for the info.

Could you post some pictures please Bo?
Out of interest, are you a fellow victim of the BattleAxe D.VII

My laptop just went out for repair, so no access to photos at the moment, but in the meantime there are a few pix here:

And no, never seen the BA D.VII. I created this for my WNW D.VII build which requires much stronger struts as the aileron (and other controls) are functional. :)
Plus I just hate plastic struts.
