My WNW Pfalz D.XII is finished. This was my third WNW and fifth model since rediscovering plastic 2 years ago. Overall, I’m happy. A lot of things are a little off and will be better next time, but I tried a lot of new things and went way outside my comfort zone. I’m very appreciative to everyone here for their help and advice.
Best wishes for the coming New Year.

Dave,
The final Model has come out beautifully! I enjoyed watching your progress throughout the build! You overcame the obstacles well!

Outstanding model Dave. Loved following the build. She looks lovely. :D

Dave,
A striking scheme and beautifully completed Build. I'd say from looking at this one your "return to plastic" has been most successful!
"A lot of things are a little off and will be better next time, but I tried a lot of new things and went way outside my comfort zone."
..........and that's the whole enjoyment of the Hobby! No such thing as a perfect model, but the fun's in the trying! :)
Looking forward to following the "Lobster" saga!!
Cheers,
Lance

Lance has expressed things most clearly. That is a model to be proud of, and if you can do better you will be a very good modeller indeed.

Great job on the PFALZ DXII, it's one of my favorite German Aircraft. The color is very striking with the red tail, the grey and the lozenge, all make for a very striking model. It's all a learning experience.

Mark, vB, Des, Lance, Stephen, Juan, and RAIII,
Many thanks for your kind words. Again, thanks to all of you for your help and advice along the way.
I took the DH9 out of the box and washed the parts yesterday. Will start a build log shortly.
Best wishes for the coming New Year.
