Title: D-M D.III (160hp) front mounted air pump plumbing
Post by: wmoran on December 05, 2017, 06:37:01 PM
The only detailed picture I have seen of this air pump is the one in the WNW Jasta 5 Albatros instructions.  I can only see one line coming out of the lower front of the air pump that appears to go to the oil sump.  Are there other lines like on the D.IIIa and D.IIIau, i.e., they each have an air line going back to the fuel selector panel/fuel tank and two for oil, apparently one supply and the other return.

Thanks for any help help you can give.
