Title: 1/32 Hispano Suiza Alfonso
Post by: Captain Slower on November 19, 2017, 09:47:07 AM
Picked up on ebay a Lifelike HS Alphonso.  It appears to be the same body style as the one HS provided Raoul Lufberry on his Paris leaves.  Photo in 'Lafayette Flying Corps' by Denis Gordon.  Rubber tires!  I will probably replace the plastic spokes with thin wire.  Saw how to do this 2 spokes at a time.  Should take 3 hours per wheel but worth it,  It will make a nice companion to Roden SPAD VII.

I do have the same kit and am planning to do a diorama with Nugesser in it one day in the future. If you should own a kit of the Roden Rolls Royce Armoured Car - its PE wheels would fit the Hispano perfectly...
