The 28th recipient of the Michael L Fritz Award is Ken Niles of Fayetteville, GA for his 1/32 WNW Fokker E-IV. The MLF Award is the longest running consecutive Specialty Award in IPMS History and is the only award that is judged solely by the previous winners who are the who's who of WW I Modeling and winners of Best Aircraft and Judges Grand Award Winners at the IPMS National Contests.
