Having wanted to find a MPM 1/72 kit of the HB W.29, but without success I can feel myself be drawn to WnW !!
As the W.29 is only available in the twin set I'm looking at the W12 as my first WW1 kit, and to be the subject of a painting.
I can get hold of one for £110 all in, and just need to convince myself to flash the cash.
Anybody here want to help talk me into this :)

+1 , you will love this kit. ;D

Go for it Pete, I just recently finished one; it's a great kit and, with rigging at a minimum, a good way to break into the Model thing!
Cheers,

Go for it, it will be a decision you will not regret, a brilliant kit from an excellent manufacturer.

Well no thanks to you lot, but I'm in the doghouse with the wife, and the evil deed is done. I'm really looking forward to this.
A quick 60 second thumbnail is already giving me food for thought and getting the juices flowing.

I sense I will be asking a lot of questions re Naval Hex and Seaplane crew clothing in the near future!

That nice Mr Anderson has that covered, and he knows far more about this painting lark than I do - 'least that's what he tells me :)
