Thanks for posting Bo. The DVII underwing being carried off gives some insight into weathering the undersurface!

Thanks for posting Bo, new to me also. :D

Thanks, Bo! Veeeery interesting information! Great help for all of us (including me), who want to build These as kits!
I think the Hannover was the one shot down by Eddy Rickenbacker. And concerning the Fokker D.VII "U10": As you all know, this is Heinz Freiherr von Beaulieu-Marconnay's (OAW) 4635/18, Jasta 65 (WnW decal sheet 30008 "Fighting Fokkers, 3").
Do I see right that the Fokker's upper wing has changing 5- and 4-colour-Lozenge?
Does anybody know, how to copy stills from that film?
-
Yes I noticed the upper wing center left panel is decidedly lighter anyway than its neighbors.
To do a quick-n-dirty frame grab, pause the action and hit print screen (Windows) or cmd-shift-4 (Mac).

Thanx, Bo!

Great footage of "U10". Thanks for posting?
Linen or light blue rib tapes???
