Title: Fiat Omsky 1919
Post by: Steven Robson on November 18, 2016, 02:45:43 PM
Here's the Fiat Omsky 1919 in 1/35 scale.  I got the kit from Ivan, he's Russian.  The kit was released by WW Model Studio from the Ukraine, I love this kit.  Sorry, I've been lurking for a while and not posting, I miss my WW1aircraftmodels buddies.

Best Regards
Big-nose

p.s.  Big-nose has also finished the Comrade Truck (Petrograd, October 1917) in 1/35 scale and he's started the Eindecker E.II 1915 build WIP with SsashoO.

p.p.s.  Big-nose also reckons he's going to build the 1/32 scale, Tommy, Rolls Royce Armoured Car, vintage kit in white metal, with Ivan and he can not confirm or deny any plans to build the nasty little, longitudinally cross laced, n=60 spokes, WW1 Palmer Cord wheel in 1/32 scale.

Thank you Giuseppe, Manni, boggie and The Red Baron

Here's the Oberursel UI in 1/32 scale as a little teaser for my Eindecker build (WIP) and a photo from the Comrade Truck build.  Comrade Truck is completed, I'll post this one soon.

You might be able to find more on the Fiat armored car on the landshipsforum. Note at Vladavostok there were some other armored cars built by Dalzavod on American Fiat chassis.

Awesome work on all! The subtle blending of greens and brownish greens on the vehicles is incredible! Did you use oils,? filters? Pastels? Just beautiful results!
