Title: Pfalz D.IIIa of Jasta 5
Post by: davewad on October 15, 2016, 02:30:20 AM
Gents,
I'm currently working on my WNW Pfalz D.IIIa and am considering finishing it as the Jasta 5 aircraft with the red fuselage and white horse emblem.
However and try as I might, I can't find any definitive information as to whether or not it had the earlier (pointed) or later (rounded) lower wing tips.
Now I'm aware that a published photo of this aircraft does exist but for the life of me I can't find it.
So, if anyone can help me out in my search for information on this aircraft I would be most appreciative.

TIA & thanks,

Dave
