Title: Right shoulder Replacement
Post by: timpivonka on April 14, 2016, 12:46:20 PM
I am just a little over 24 hrs. post op for replacement of my right shoulder.  Good pain control with a nerve block pain pump.  Model building curtailed for a while.  No golf x 6 months and I won't see any patients for 6 weeks.  Overall not to bad, yet.

Well done Tim, I hope you have a quick recovery, but you do have to do what the doctors tell you to do  ;)

Thanks again, everybody.  6 days post op and no surgical pain, however I had a reaction to the tape used in surgical draping.. The
surgical incision is great, but all under my arm and on my bicep is blistered like I had poison ivy.  Taking pain meds solely to
keep itching under control.  Oh well.  It's always something.

That's no small procedure Tim, I hope things go well from this point. Take the time and rest you need, it will be far better in the long run.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
Cheers,
Lance
