I know, the rigging is a little bit to thick :-[ . But now it is too late to change. It was my first WWI model after a long time (40 jears).

Besides the thickish rigging, the model is very well done,
especially after such a long absence. The figures are a
nice addition as well. Good work, my friend!
Cheers,
Ernie :)

40 Years!? I'd say this is very impressive, that's a long break! Nice presentation, the figures are excellent. 8) 8)

Hi!
Thank you for your praise. :)
Meanwhile, I've found the images of my first models. The aircraft are all out of the box built. Since the decals were broken at the Lozenge camouflage for the Fokker D VIII, I had to paint the camouflage itself >:(. The decals of Spad dissolve unfortunately now on :o . If I find time, I'll paint it again. Don't forget, the models are finally almost 40 years old.

Please do not forget, these were my beginnings with modelmaking. Only cement, enamel, brush and no Internet ::) .

Really nice models from many years ago, Jürgen. I think
my favourite would be the SPAD. You did a great job of
the lozenge on the D.VII as well. Well done, my friend!
Cheers,
Ernie :)
