Truly great! And a miracle too: How did you get it flying?
-
Looks great. Just for the record - is it Roden or WNW?
-
Thanks Richard and Przemol! It's the Roden kit ,oob with some Part PE and hand brushed personal markings. It does not fly I just dropped it and took the photo at the right moment...noo just joking,it's suspended by steel wire bits(Fender G-string).
The props are driven by a fan.

That is an amazing piece of work. even more so that it is the 1/72nd Roden kit. Outstanding idea and execution!

Extremely well done Matz, the model is excellent and your idea of it taking off is brilliant, very clever indeed.

Matz,
Beautiful Gotha diorama my old friend.I'm impressed your's is the only take off diorama I've seen with a Gotha as the subject. Well Done!

I love seeing what you're going to come up with next. You have a unique take on everything, Matz! Your Gotha actually appears to be taking off. I can't really see where the wires are that are holding it up. Well done!

Stunning!
-
Thanks to you all, much appreciated!George,I must confess I cheated a bit ...the wires are slid into brass tubes I glued into the bottom of each nacelle and the tailplane,if you look closely you will notice my crude attempt of erasing them with the help of Picasa...I just couldn't resist!

I love this, truly spectacular! Sure is nice to see another Roden Gotha being built.

What can I add? This is modelling at its very best. I could only dream of doing something like this - original and perfectly executed. Vry many congratulations.

Great work and the way you've presented in takeoff mode is outstanding. I don't think I've ever seen it done that well before
