Title: Osprey Air Vanguard 13
Post by: Fokker boy on October 18, 2015, 03:39:50 AM
Another book (that is also not really new, being published in 2014) that I truly enjoy, is the Osprey Air Vanguard volume on the Albatros D.III. At one time, I considered that the Albatros was not an airplane I was particularly interested in, and yet I seem to have more books about the Albatros than any other, and gathering more all the time;... strange how that can work.

Probably the most talked about and written about aeroplane from WW1, but not one of my most favorite aircraft, I have built two models of the Albatros and have no plans to do any more. Thanks for the heads-up on this book Kevin, I'm sure it will be very popular to a lot of the forum members.

No problem, Des. I was truly surprised not to see it listed here, nor many of the other Osprey WWI aviation related titles, and there are many.
