Hi all,
I am currently completing a Aviatik D.II. I summarize in this topic the successive stages of its construction. The model is really beautiful , the resin is very good. Nevertheless, there are several errors in the form and details. I think that the analysis of the aircraft was based on the book JAPO :-\.
So, I show you the progress:

No tank in the wing on the picture of the real airplane. I removed ( green) and add details (red, blue)

Painting with a sponge:

And now it 's like that. I have to paint the propeller and install it. Then a few details to add.

Very nicely done Arnaud, your wood treatment inside the fuselage is extremely well done and the engine is amazing. The sponge technique you used for the external painting turned out superb, an all round excellent looking model.
