Take care and as Des has written be patient with the recovery - these things have their own timetable whatever we may desire.

Rob, best thoughts going your way. I'm up for one in mid-January. Maybe I will have a Felixstowe by then... Remember, modeling is good rehab.

YES today released from hospital after spending three days
The paint is at this moment terrible and I am not allowed to do anything physical like carrying things or picking them up  In 10 days time I am going to the first post operativeappointment in the hospital and hope that they will say that I at least can start building again for short times or so.
As long as I can start doing anything  I will be very happy

Rob :)

Good to hear that you are back home Rob, the pain will subside over time and it won't be too long at all before you will be back to doing your usual things, take care though and don't overdo anything, healing takes time.

Good to hear you're home Rob. Pain is a terrible thing to deal with, I've watched my wife deal with it for years. It takes a terrible toll at times. Prayers and thoughts your way.

Hope the pain goes quick. I live with it daily and its no fun at all. I guess now would be a good time to read and research ready to build. All the best.

Rob,
Hopefully you'll be fully recovered real soon; in the interim research can be very relaxing as James and Bo have pointed out. Take it slow and easy, don't lift anything other then your smaller books or the mouse on your computer, and you'll be back to plastic in no time!
Speedy recovery! ;)
Cheers,
Lance
