Ooo la-la!
-
James, these are so awesome! Thanks for posting. It would be nice if they were available as prints. They would look great on my model room walls.
Cheers,
Bud

Hi Bud. You could try printing the images onto light card, maybe done best at a copy store?

James I love your postings.
Martin

Thanks for the feedback Martin, I am enjoying doing it as well. Most the profiles are across two A4 pages so I paste the two images together and do a bit of healing around staples and the centre line.
Here is set of AFC, RFC and RAF trainers 1917-18 (hi-res, 2.2Mb and 1.2Mb respectively)

The profiles are wonderful, James! Thanks so much for
posting these treats. :D
Cheers,
Ernie :)
-
You're welcome Ernie :)
These Morane profiles are interesting. You don't see many profiles of the LA, BB and P types, but in the early war they were relatively common.

From Scale Aircraft Modelling June 2005

Not WWI but I thought these looked interesting and they're almost all biplanes ;)
Hi-res images, 2.6Mb and 2.5Mb respectively

Cheers,
Bud

Thanks Jamo for the additional artworks, all excellent profiles, I like the Supermarine Southampton, quite a large aeroplane.

I'm with Ssasho.....the Telier Flying boat is a beauty....and with the Hotchkiss canon in the bow...what a model that would make!
Cheers from NYC,
Michael
-
I found a good pic of the Tellier Flying Boat. I would also love to see a nice model of this.
