Title: Bristol Scout C (1/72, MAC Distribution)
Post by: PrzemoL on October 13, 2014, 04:53:55 AM: Completed! My rendition of Bristol Scout C 1611, flown in July 1915 in Sqn.6 by Cpt. Lanoe Hawker. Shooting down three enemy aircraft (one in flames) in it brought him Victoria Cross - the first such a distinction for an airman.

The original MAC kit required a lot of modifications as depicted in the build log:

Really well done Prez. Love the delicate shading around ribs and longerons etc and exhaust staining.

I have added them made from evergreen profiles. Now, I finally declare the model finished.
