Beautiful bird, Antonio! I gotta get me some Italian schemes to do!

Great job on a really unique aircraft.

Thanks everybody,
I am pretty satisfied by this job, I earned some new knowledge about self made turnbuckles and the problems in managing them on the model and also some painting and weathering skills. I know there are only two (main) problems:
- rigging: the worst rigging job I ever did on a model essentially due to the problems wit the turnbuckles
- undercarriage: port leg is less high than starboard one and this is due to scarce attention when fixing the middle shaft...

OK let's look forward, my next work is this:

Will open a thread in the "Under Construction" section

Bye for now

I think that you are too self critical (who am I to comment?!). I only noticed the u/c problem when you mentioned it (and it is only just visible), and as for the rigging I do not know what you are worried about.

The paint scheme is superbly done - I just wish that I could paint a scheme like that as well as you have done. Excellent modelling - very well done.

It looks great Andonio! I love the scheme, I followed your build log and I know how much hard work you have put into this one.
Don`t get me wrong cause like I said I like your model very, very much but I think rigging needs some work and the joint between the engine cowling and the radiator - those aren`t as perfect as the rest of the model.
Congrats! I`m looking forward to see you build Phonix D.I!

thanks xmald for your comment: you're right, the rigging is really bad and the undercarriage is asymmetrical. THe joint between the radiator and the cowling was not perfect but the other two issues are to me worst.
In any case I take note and look forward!

Ciao
