Title: Halberstadt Cl.II - 3 EskWlkp (1/32, Wingnut Wings)
Post by: PrzemoL on September 23, 2022, 03:14:54 AM: The final gallery of my vision of Halberstadt Cl.II, the aircraft captured at Poznań-Ławica by insurgents in Jan 1919, assembled, modified and given the Polish number 201/18. It later served with 3 Great Poland Squadron (Esk Wlkp) in the war against Soviets. Unfortunately during the strafing raid on May 14th 1920 shot down in flames by a Russian Ni24bis, the crew Władysław Bartkowiak and Józef Klicze losing their lives...

WNW kit was modified and amended:
- Taurus resin bits for Mercedes engine
- electric wires, throttle linkage, custom exhaust, front water pipe - scratch
- HGW textile seatbelts
- spokes from Gaspatch set combined with tyres from the kit elements
- propeller carved from Kotebi veneers
- Gaspatch type C turnbuckles 48th and 32nd scale
- Aviattic losenge decals
- individual markings - decals and masks custom made by Mr. Decal.

As others have already commented, this is another masterpiece from you - superb detail and finish. Many congratulations.
